MedPlexus has a team of
practice auditors that can review your practice on a monthly basis
and provide you with a short report card on your practice that
clearly identifies:
- Areas where things are going well (financially and
administratively)
- Areas where things need some attention, but are basically
within a norm
- Areas where things need attention because they are not
going well
For areas in the last two categories,
the report will identify specific improvements that can be
made to make the system more effective. This service allows
you to see at a glance ways to improve your practice without
having to study the details of the business side of the
practice.
