MedPlexus systems are easy to use. However, training seminars are available to help clients gain confidence with our systems and optimize their returns. MedPlexus offers both online and onsite training.
Online Training: Using leading web-based meeting technology, MedPlexus offers regularly scheduled training seminars to meet the needs of the practices it serves. Seminars are typically scheduled in one-hour modules to allow flexibility with the schedules of end-users in the physician practice.
Onsite Training: In the rare situation where onsite training is required, your MedPlexus representative can provide pricing and details based on your location and staff size.
Support
MedPlexus provides unparalleled support to its clients ranging from phone support to live online support.
Phone Support: Technical Support is available by telephone during business hours - 5AM to 5PM Pacific Time. Our trained professionals are on hand to answer common and less common questions regarding the MedPlexus products.
Online Support: Technical Support is available via the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our text-based online support includes access to the MedPlexus Knowledge Base, Frequently Asked Questions and useful Search Capabilities.
Live Support: For times when you need more support, customers have access to the MedPlexus Live Support-a live interactive online chat with a member of our Support Team. During the live chat session, if the practice is willing, control of the screen can be passed to the MedPlexus support person for a live demonstration. This is particularly useful when learning to use the system or a particular function.
